Holly Rawlinson is a brand builder and creative executive, founder of Salt Studio -  an IP and publishing venture spanning books, comics, games, and consumer products. She previously led commercial and creative strategy at Click Media, behind multi-million-dollar creator brands including hungryboy™, Dirtyboy™, and The Green Gang. With senior experience across DreamWorks, Paramount, NBC Universal, Ubisoft, and Mattel, she specialises in transforming talent and ideas into scalable brands.

John Nee

Co-ceo

John Nee is a transmedia executive, entrepreneur, and best-selling author with three decades spanning comics, publishing, video games, tabletop games, and collectibles. He has held leadership roles at WildStorm Productions, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and Cryptozoic Entertainment, and is also the co-author of historical mystery novels The Murder of Mr. Ma and The Railway Conspiracy. He brings a rare blend of creative vision and operational leadership to modern transmedia IP.

Lillie Lemon is a writer, editor, and creative development specialist with deep experience shaping nonfiction and narrative projects for independent authors and publishers. Known for her ability to diagnose what a manuscript needs, she works across story architecture, voice, and clarity — from big-picture structure down to sentence-level rhythm. As Editorial Director at Salt Studio, Lillie leads the publishing slate, collaborating with authors, creators, and brand partners to develop books and story-driven IP across formats.

Geoff Skinner is a veteran entertainment executive and producer with 20+ years of leadership across consumer products, licensing, and marketing. As SVP of Operations at CMON Limited, he built and scaled the companyʼs licensing division, led worldwide marketing, and spearheaded CMONʼs entertainment and events initiatives. His marketing campaigns have driven over $100M in presales and crowdfunding, delivering proven, repeatable growth for globally recognized brands and original IP alike.
